After spending nearly a decade shaping the world of Escape From Tarkov, Jean Tyulegenov has decided it’s time for a new adventure. He’s teamed up with fellow ex-Battlestate pals like Dmitry Ogorodnikov and German Terekhov to start fresh as Creative Director for a new game called Rush is Real at Nomion Games. With the gaming industry feeling a bit like a paved-over lawn—stifled by safety and sameness—Tyulegenov is all about seizing the moment and shooting for originality.

While we don’t have a crystal-clear picture of what Rush is Real will entail just yet, Ogorodnikov assures us it’s definitely not “just another run-of-the-mill clone lost in the noise.
