Berserkers are the first and last line of defense in any Viking raiding party. These battle-hardened warriors display all the brutishness the Viking clans are famous for. Berserkers like nothing more than to wade onto the battlefield and introduce their mighty battle-axes to their enemies. Any warlord would be wise to bring a couple of these guys to whatever battle or barbeque!

Viking conflicts can quickly escalate into clan-wide bar brawls. The Frost Hammers were initially hired as tavern bouncers, preventing and solving trouble with their mighty frozen hammers. However, since the recent war, the Frost Hammers can also be encountered on the battlefield and tavern bounce on a much greater level...

While their icy weapon is heavy and greatly slows the Frost Hammer down, he makes up for it by whacking with it so vehemently that all nearby targets feel the blow and flinch for a moment because of it.

Most Vikings prefer their battles up close and personal. But after the third unsuccessful raid against the Celtic stonethrowers, they knew they had to change something. The most promising was the one axe thrown in frustration during the third raid, decapitating one of the Celts.

Back home, this knowledge was reformed into an extensive training program and specialised throwing Axes. Predictably, the fourth raid resulted in the easiest victory in Viking history.

In Viking warfare, the wheeled catapult has always been a prime asset. Early on in the use of these contraptions, catapults were mainly used for flinging mad berserkers at their enemies, but the perceptive Vikings quickly noted that smashing one of their own into an enemies' castle-wall might not be that good of an idea. They theorized that loading their catapults with heavy balls of ice might be more effective. That proved to be true!

In all great siege campaigns these lumbering wooden constructions are hauled onto the battlefield. When in position, they unleash their frozen payload upon enemy fortifications or clusters of enemy warriors, pounding them to dust.

Perhaps even more than their male counterparts, the Viking women are a fierce example of their people's nordic brutishness and strength. Viking women are the backbone of their civilization, if you could call it that. Instead of having fun on the battlefield, these women take on the proud task of carrying gold into their base, providing income for the Viking warmachine.

These towers are built like the Vikings themselves, wide and sturdy. A colleciton of stone, wood and some tacked on shields, they can withstand a surpising amount of punishment. Perfect for holding back waves of enemies.

Because they are always thinking with their stomachs, the Vikings constantly liked to keep track of their dinner. So it became standard practice for the first Axethrower that reached a tower, to climb up into it and keep the lads below appraised of the BBQ status back home.

Giving any charging enemy a splitting headache with their increased axethrowing range is just a nice bonus.

High up in the skies, the thundergod Thor lords over the frigid lands of the north. Thor is very fond of his little Viking clans and keeps a watchfull eye on whatever they do. Thor is the god of lightning, thunder and general awesomeness and he often lends these powers to his favorite warbands.

There is no enemy that a repeated jolting with 3 million volts can't handle, so Thor's lightning strikes can become very handy should the tide turn grim on the battlefield.

Nothing makes the most tough, scarred & brutish Vikings more emotional than seeing their homeland once more after returning from glorious battle. The realm of the Vikings lies among the frozen fjords of the norths. Bitter winds and terrible snowstorms are but examples of the harsh climate that has made the Vikings so rugged and strong.

For withstanding this eternal winter the
snow-godess Skadi rewards the toughest Viking warlords with the power to call upon her mighty snowstorms anywhere they please. A well-aimed snowstorm can freeze enemies dead in their tracks and can halt the advance of entire armies. Although very effective on the fields of
battle, it can be an odd sight to behold freezing snowstorms in the blistering heat of the deserts and jungles of the world.

High up in the clouds lies the realm of Valhalla, the Viking afterlife. This resort comes with all the accomodations any dead Viking warrior could wish for: Fully catered barbeque parties, Roomservice and a swimming pool. Viking warriors are emboldened by the knowledge that once they die on the battlefield, they will ascend to this majestic place. On wondrous occasions, a Viking warrior can feel the light of Valhalla shine upon him on the battlefield. And as everybody knows: Heavenly light is like aspirin, it has healing powers.

The stout Vikings are a festive bunch. Barbecue feasts, mead drinking festivals and log-tossing events are not uncommon when there's Vikings around. Viking barbecue feasts are renown across the world as the most brutal parties there are. Therefore it can be a complicated matter of discerning wether a grand battle is being fought out or the celebration of the 347th annual Skolljurnir sausage eating contest is taking place, especially since Viking combat tactics are so heavily influenced by their celebrations.

On the battlefields the combination of barbecue feast euforia, a taste for battle and a bad hangover from yesterday's party can send a Viking warrior into an unrelenting assault. Accompanied by his brethren, the Vikings charge forward, smashing into his foes, leaving them smashed into a pulp.

Whenever the tide on the battlefield turns grim, Viking clanleaders call upon mighty Thor to cast down his ultimate weapon.

The sky turns to a threatening dark blue, thunderous flashes litter the sky and unleashed is the power of divine fury when Thor smites down Mjollnir to crush all who would anger him! Mjollnir is the name of Thor's weapon, a hammer so powerfull it is said to be capable of leveling mountains! Mjollnir is only surpassed in awesomeness by Thor's glorious beard. Wherever it lands, it does so with tremendous impact, knocking back and damaging all those unfortunate enough to be caught by the blast.
